According to court documents obtained by The Sun, the Bachelorette contestant was arrested in July 2018 near his Winona, Minnesota hometown.
He was detained by two officers and agreed to a breathalyzer test – but blew over the legal limit of .08 at .12, the legal documents stated.
The Austrian-born footballer originally pleaded not guilty, but later changed his plea to guilty – which lessened his charge to a misdemeanor.
Andrew was ordered to pay various fines, which totaled over $510 and was placed on one year unsupervised probation, monitored by the Winona County Court.
In his mugshot, obtained by The Sun, Andrew looks glum as he stared sternly towards the camera in a blue t-shirt.

The TV personality admitted guilt in a written statement which was included in the court doc.
He said: “At 2:23 a.m. on July 14, 2018, I operated a motor vehicle with a BAC [Blood Alcohol Concentration] over .08 (.12).
“I acknowledge that I was read the Minnesota Implied Consent Advisory, that I consented a breath test, and that the test was taken within two hours of the time that I was driving (3:09 a.m.).
“I do not dispute the test result. I also acknowledge that I have been advised as to the enhanceable nature of the offense to which I am pleading guilty.
“And I understand that future offenses could be charged more severely as a result of my conviction for this offense.”

Andrew did not respond to The Sun’s request for comment.
He made a strong entrance on Katie’s season premiere as the handsome athlete was driven up in his own vintage Rolls Royce, not a limo like the other men.
As he approached Katie, 30, for the first time, he began speaking in a dashing British accent but just a minute later, admitted the tone was fake.
“I knew that wasn’t real,” Katie said with a massive laugh as her suitor made his confession.
Andrew – who is originally from Illinois – plays for the Dacia Vikings in the Austrian Football League but has appeared to reside in Minnesota since he attended college.

Earlier this week, an insider revealed to that “Greg is an actor” – which has “always been his passion.”
“He is absolutely lying about his career and intentions on the show. He’s always wanted to pursue an on-camera career,” they said.
The Sun was able to confirm that Greg attended the prestigious William Esper Studio – a NYC acting school – from 2017-2019, which has not been mentioned at all on the show.
