TV star Rebecca, 31, who rose to fame on Channel 4 comedy series Shameless, cradled her blossoming belly.
The Corrie favourite – who is now known for playing Lydia Chambers in the ITV programme – donned a sparkling dress.
Letting her brunette locks flow down her chest, the actress smiled wide as she appeared with minimal make-up.
She towered high in black heels as she wore a tight-fitting sparkling silver dress which showed off her bump.
Rebecca captioned the post, as she stood by the Christmas tree: “I thought this year couldn’t get any better after marrying the man of my dreams.
“Turns out it can, can’t wait to become a mummy in 2023.”
Her friends and fans flooded the comments section to gush over her announcement, congratulating her and her husband.
Among them was actor Thomas Turgoose, who is best known for his role in the This Is England TV series.
“Oiiiiiiiii mate that’s amazing! Strap in life’s about to change,” he penned alongside a red heart emoji.
“Congratulations, lovely news,” a second follower added, while a third said: “Aw, a massive congratulations to you both.”
It comes months after Rebecca revealed that she had finally married her partner Dan Acraman earlier this summer.
The couple, who were forced to cancel their big day twice due to Covid, said their I dos over the weekend, calling it the “best day of our lives!”
The happy news was announced on Instagram with a stunning black and white photo of the couple in their wedding finery.
Back in March, Rebecca revealed her wedding plans were in tatters for a second time due to Covid.
Rebecca, who plays Lydia Chambers in the ITV soap, said at the time she had no idea when or where the couple would wed.
“Second time trying to plan my wedding!” she wrote on a selfie of her looking fed up. “The first one was cancelled due to Covid so we are back to square one!”
Rebecca continued: “No date, no venue and still wanting to get married this year. I wish I was an organised person.”
