A MUM has revealed how she’s using up her Christmas leftovers – and she’s determined not to let any food go to waste.
Laura, from Scotland, regularly shares her organising tips and shopping hauls with fans on TikTok – @unorganisedmummy – as she “tries to get her backside in gear”.

But since picking up a Sur La Table air fryer in Costco, she’s also been sharing some cooking tips on social media.
Speaking about her new kitchen staple, she told followers: “They were a bargain at £99!
“They had them right at the front door just on a pallet.”
And she’s been using her new appliance to use up some leftover festive food.
After a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, there’s not always room for a cheese board for dessert.
So Laura decided to use her air fryer to bake her camembert cheese alongside some homemade chips for dinner another night – cooking them for 20 minutes at 200C.
She said on TikTok: “I take clearing out the fridge as a personal mission so we’re having baked camembert with chips.
“Who thought of that idea? That would be moi.
“I am tin foiling the camembert because I aint cleaning the air fryer out.
I”’ve sliced that camembert, wee bit of olive oil and some smoked chilli flakes. I would have put garlic but I think my kids would moan, and nobody wants moany kids.
“Look at that beast, get in my belly.
“So now, it’s time for the chip dipping. Definitely a treat yourself moment.”
She added: “We’re getting to the bottom of the fridge. Apart from the vegetables which probably won’t get eaten.”
And social media users are loving the air fryer cheese.
One said: “Stunning! Just got an air fryer for Christmas.”
A second wrote: “Oh hell nooooo, I never thought of this combo. With garlic, yes please.”
Meanwhile, a third added: “Must try your recipe.”
We told earlier how Laura used her air fryer to make the “best Christmas baguette ever”.
In a short clip, the mum can be seen cooking part baked baguettes in on drawer of the air fryer while pigs in blankets sizzle away in the other side.
Once both are cooked, she spreads butter and cranberry sauce on the warm roll before adding her pigs in blankets and tucking in.

She said: “Pigs in blankets are so underrated. They should be an everyday food.”
