HORRIFIED neighbours have revealed how evil Damien Bendall would stare “straight through them” before he murdered his partner and three children.
The monster bludgeoned Lacey, 11, her brother John, 13, their pregnant mum Terri Harris, 35, and pal Connie Gent, 11, to death.

Bendall also raped little Lacey at the family home in Killamarsh, Derbyshire.
Neighbours have now spoken of their relief at a decision to tear down the house of horrors.
They also revealed how Bendall immediately left locals feeling anxious when he moved in.
The quadruple killer was on a suspended sentence at the time for arson and wearing an electronic tag.
One neighbour told The Sun Online: “I do think probation have failed that family. The man was on a tag for violent offences and in a house with kids.
“There should have been more intervention. They had only lived around here for a few months but I would see them often.
“She looked scared and he would just stare straight through you.
“People were talking about him before this happened because this is a very friendly place and when someone moves in and they are wearing a tag people talk.”
Another added: “I saw him when they moved in. He was dragging bits of furniture across the open ground. It was an odd way to move in.”
Other locals shared their relief at the house being bulldozed and replaced with a “fitting commemoration”.
John Mallender, 77, a retired cleaner for the Coal Board, said: “Destroying the house is the right thing to do.
“I have lived here all my life and I have never known anything like this – three young children, it’s just terrible.”
Mandy Monaghan, 40, a carer and a cleaner, added: “You look on Facebook and his face keeps on popping up.
“I don’t want to see it. I am glad the house is being destroyed. The less traces of him left around the better.
“There should be a memorial in its place and the families should decide what is most suitable.”
Monika Olszewska, 38, who works in a chip shop, said: “I think they have made the right decision because this affects people deep down. It is an horrific situation and the family should decide what happens there.
“I have been here 14 years and never had any problems. People are so friendly so this was a big shock, absolutely heartbreaking.”
While a 64-year-old grandmother added: “It is the right thing to do because there are weirdos around and it could turn into a macabre attraction.
“It’s tragic for Killamarsh that this is what it is now known for rather than as the generous place it really is.”
The council decided to tear down the property after tenants in the adjoining home asked to leave.
It came after Bendall went from room-to-room bludgeoning Terri and the children to death with a claw hammer.
He last month pleaded guilty to four counts of murder and one count of rape following the horror attack in September 2021.
Bendall was handed a rare whole life order, which means he will die behind bars.
